the ability for customers to pay only a deposit to try delivered items in the comfort of their own home Try@Home takes the pain out of the standard pay now, try later model of online shopping with it’s messy returns and refunds processes, for today’s shoppers who love the convenience of ordering online and having parcels dropped at their doorstep.

In-Cart Try Offer

gives your customers the opportunity with our cart feature that asks “would you like to try this for free?” Saying “yes” means adding a bundle of items to their cart, for a first payment of only a deposit. Customers control whether to try or buy, with handy Try-Toggles in the cart.

Dedicated Customer and Store Portals

After being able to try on their delivered items, customers use their portal to Complete their Order - indicating which items they are keeping and returning. A smooth online pathway guides them to a second payment, and to process any returns. You get to see the status of all orders in your Store Portal.

Automated Exchanges/Store Credits

Try@home offers two alternatives to refunds when your customers are owed a balance after entering their order choices. They can choose to make an immediate exchange order or bank a store-credit, as alternatives to requesting a refund. They can get what they really want – faster.

Total Returns Automation

Customers have a streamlined process to enter return reasons, download return postage labels, then choose how to settle any funds owed to them. Your store portal is your space for click-button responses to indicate when returned items are received and to approve refunds. A series of colour-coded statuses describe the outcome of all orders quickly and easily with action buttons.

Configurable Try@Home Offer

By adjusting the Try@Home App Settings, you decide which of your products are Tryable, your Try-Deposit amount, the duration of your Try-Time, whether you’ll offer exchange and/or store-credit, and the shipping price and payment options. Your configured service offer is described in a summary statement that can be seen by your customers on your storefront
