TryNow: Try Before You Buy

TryNow has been so easy to implement and I'm excited to get this program launched and see how customers use this opportunity as a bridge between in-store experience and online shopping. Elena has been so helpful through every step of the process and the team resolved any issues quickly and provided documentation so that I knew how to use the app. I'd give it 10 stars if I could!

I think this app has a lot of potential. I have not been able to use it yes since I cannot get the support I need to get it working on my website. When I contacted support, it took days to get back to me and I was told that they do not offer onboarding and I was referred to self onboarding in the merchant portal. I still can't get the app to work. Like I said the app has a lot of potential but the support is lacking. I think that any developer that offers an app on Shopify, should be prepared to provide excellent support and if they are unable to handle the amount of support, then they shouldn't make their app available on Shopify. Maybe the developer will see this review and do the right thing, which would be to provide excellent customer support that will get the app working. I will change my review to 5 stars if the support team helps me with the installation so that I can actually use the app.

It's a great product as it helps us get customers who are on the fence about shopping with us. The set-up is seamless and the team behind TryNow is amazing, very responsive and knowledgeable. You have nothing to lose with Try Now as they only charge you on net sales.
