The app looks good but I cant implement it on my website. The support is pretty lazy, made me wait for 3 days and came up with no solution. They really need to work on their customer support.

I think this app has a lot of potential. I have not been able to use it yes since I cannot get the support I need to get it working on my website. When I contacted support, it took days to get back to me and I was told that they do not offer onboarding and I was referred to self onboarding in the merchant portal. I still can't get the app to work. Like I said the app has a lot of potential but the support is lacking. I think that any developer that offers an app on Shopify, should be prepared to provide excellent support and if they are unable to handle the amount of support, then they shouldn't make their app available on Shopify. Maybe the developer will see this review and do the right thing, which would be to provide excellent customer support that will get the app working. I will change my review to 5 stars if the support team helps me with the installation so that I can actually use the app.
I can't get support to help me so I had to give a 1-star review. The need support to get back to a customer more quickly!
