TryNow: Try Before You Buy

Luisa my onboarding specialist is a 5. I really enjoy working with her. She is very responsive and always gives me more info than i request and its always helpful. Thank you. This app has been a huge help for my business singing launching ecomm. My 1st order was a Try Now order. It takes the risk away from the customer and let's you talk big in your marketing. Great app.

Luisa, our customer support agent, has been great! We had some issues setting TryNow up but she was super quick to respond to all our questions and resolve any issues we had. We just launched TryNow and are really looking forward to offering this as a option to our customers. The TryNow platform so far seems to work great and delivers exactly what we were hoping for.

TryNow is one of the most critical parts of our business, and they have been the primary partner who has allowed us to disrupt the online fragrance industry. Moreover, they're led by a team of insanely talented and ambitious people who are customer- and brand-centric. If you need a feature, they'll build it for you.

We have been with TryNow from the very beginning, and only have the best things to say about their product and their team.

I think this app has a lot of potential. I have not been able to use it yes since I cannot get the support I need to get it working on my website. When I contacted support, it took days to get back to me and I was told that they do not offer onboarding and I was referred to self onboarding in the merchant portal. I still can't get the app to work. Like I said the app has a lot of potential but the support is lacking. I think that any developer that offers an app on Shopify, should be prepared to provide excellent support and if they are unable to handle the amount of support, then they shouldn't make their app available on Shopify. Maybe the developer will see this review and do the right thing, which would be to provide excellent customer support that will get the app working. I will change my review to 5 stars if the support team helps me with the installation so that I can actually use the app.

I can't get support to help me so I had to give a 1-star review. The need support to get back to a customer more quickly!

The onboarding experience was super simple and smooth. We only launched in Dec but so far we're pleased with the results and the uptick in our AOV, New Customers, and returning lapsed customers. Would definitely recommend!
