Ben, Alicia are hands on and ready to respond at any given time. Luisa have been super helpful for my Customer Service Team as well.

I feel very confident with the Team and now even with Checkout Extensibility with Shopify Plus, everything went smoothly and compatible with majority of the app features. We also see the customer's satisfaction in our Dashboard which always a win.
