Para que quede claro, TRUSTOO IMPORTER es una aplicación gratuita (completamente gratuita).
Sin embargo, estás usando nuestra aplicación TRUSTOO REVIEW, que ofrece planes de pago para sus funciones premium.
Actualizaste tu plan el 10 de enero (promoción de 3 meses). No se ha cobrado el cargo por esta promoción (Shopify puede confirmarlo si les preguntas).
Fue en abril cuando se detectó esto, por lo que debemos cobrarlo, ya que pagamos a nuestros proveedores de servicios por nuestras funciones y servicios. Seguramente lo entenderás, ya que eres un empresario.
El segundo cargo es el cargo regular de tu plan básico. Por eso te estás cobrando, ya que no se ha cobrado la promoción de 3 meses (Shopify puede confirmarlo).
Entendemos que puede haber confusión, pero tenga en cuenta que no hay truco y que todo es correcto y válido (Shopify puede confirmarlo).
