Uninstalling due to no response to my questions, no obvious way to contact support, and no ability to display prices in USD format.

I am pretty sure they just deleted all of my products after I asked if we could order samples. I never got a reply. I went back in and everything was gone (you can see the history log and thats it). Its obviously not real. Or, I am not even sure what to make of them.

I'm suprised by your comment since we can't delet any of your product from our back office. I would love to discuss with you directly if possible to find a solution to that. However we deleted one of our supplier for logistical problem. Therefore, the products coming from its catalogue were deleted online as well.
Also, you can freely order samples every month from you Tunetoo account.

customer service...other apps are providing.
no contact page that is working
no live support
no answers
no shipping prices...and the rest is in french. french is important in france.
