The app doesn't even work
Je l'utilise depuis quelques années, je suis en discussion avec eux car on a beaucoup de produits en rupture de stock et on aimerait relancer la machine . A voir pour la suite ...
Appli simple d'utilisation et qui automatise beaucoup la création des produits. Catalogue très complet avec des refs en coton bio et plusieurs types de marquages.
Il peut y avoir des délais de livraison parfois plus long mais c'est généralement respecté et le service client est super réactif !
Tarifs hyper compétitifs, pas trouvé moins cher sur le marché du drop sur les ref qui m'intéressaient

Je suis dans l'obligation de noter ce service de la sorte et ne retirerai ma note uniquement lorsque l'on m'aura répondu. Cela fais maintenant quasiment 1 mois que j'ai envoyé une demande au SAV SANS REPONSE MALGRES RELANCE . Demande concernant une commande qui n'a par ailleurs toujours pas été expédié depuis maintenant + de 20 jours(plusieurs articles donc + d'une centaine d'euros). Le SAV est ...
