Update: so i hopped on a call with Roi, Guy and Michael to better understand Twik’s services and it was very informative. It was a misunderstanding and i look forward to continuing with Twik!
Old Review: Been here for nearly 2 months and I have a 0.12% conversion rate from them. My review could change after I get in contact with an expert but that’s only one sale. And only one other abandoned cart. Very underwhelming. Once again, could change but low traffic and even lower conversion.

Got charged without even using it!! I’m still waiting for my product to be ready and then advertise it, but this is just wrong, how can one create a business when you guys do this to people?? $50 without doing anything, honestly that’s just wrong

The plan you selected requires a minimum of 30 monthly transactions, as stated in its description. Despite your store not meeting that criteria, we have extended your trial free of charge.

I’m not pleased with my experience with twik and have contacted support for a refund app states I was charged for something I did not approve or sign up for . I have requested a refund and want confirmation my subscription I never asked for was canceled twik did not work for my account and I would appreciate some type of communication from support soon . Our customer support is available Sunday to Thursday, 9am-7pm. If there was any misunderstanding regarding Shopify's billing or app usage, surely, we would be happy to get things sorted, by a call or email.
According to Shopify's billing system, you installed our app on the 20th of April and uninstalled it yesterday. We would gladly speak with Shopify if you believe that the app was installed without your approval, and try to sort this issue for you.
We have also just replied to your email with a link to schedule a call with us, so we'd be able to better understand this case and make our best efforts to assist you, including a refund. We have no intention of charging you if you did not benefit from using our app.
I installed the app on July 28 2022 and so far I have not seen any sales. I dont think this app will deliver the sales it promises and am unlikely to go beyond the free trial stage.

Please note twik is not a traffic acquisition app, but a personalization app designed to increase ther conversion rates of already exiting traffic.

If i could use zero stars i would. i love the concept, but it is horrible. They say it doesnt slow down the store, and that many page speed calculators may recognize that it slows down, but its not the case.
This is a complete lie and a scam, my store traffic after the installation, gradually went down over the course of a week, until i have zero traffic, form a few thousand a day, down into the single digits.
Ive emailed and messaged them so many times, and i haven't had a single response from a person, just one from a robot, out of a dozen sent messages. There is no support!!!!!, Also, after deleting the app, i still have the store speed issue, because of all the coding junk that, hasn't been removed. Be warned, stay away, i wish i had. I'm Stuck, with this issue, with no way of resolving it. If someone from Twik sees this, i need you to remove ever single character of coding ever associated with this app. This is definitely Assur!!!!

Didn't seem to help much, so I ended the free trial. I would recommend another source of marketing to pull in customers

We would like to remind that twik is not a marketing tool for driving traffic to your store.
Twik increases your conversion rates and AOV by improving user journeys for already existing visitors.
Upon checking your dashboard, we see that you didn't fiinish the learning period, meaning twik wasn't exposed to a sufficient number of visitors or transactions in order to begin the optimization process.
The learning process may take between a few hours to several weeks, depending on your store's traffic. We are always happy to extend the trial period when this is the case.

The app does NOT work well when you are just starting your store. I strongly recommend you guys do a startup solution.
