Amazing customer service! Talk about a professional. I encountered a misunderstanding from a staff member, and the owner reached out personally to resolve the issue. His key values to provide excellent customer service and service for his customers is unmatched. A true man of integrity and compassion. I'm sure I will be part of the Twik family for a very long time to come. Rio, I can't thank you enough. I wasn't expecting your swift response and sense of urgency to resolve the issue, but most importantly making sure I was comfortable and understood the system. Thank you for the new tools you shared. You ROCK!!!

DO NOY USE THIS APP IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM THEY HAVE BEEN CHARGING WITHDRAWING FROM MY ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH THEY WILL NOT STOP WITH NUMEROUSE TIME I TELL THEM TO STOP WE DONT USE IT, IT DIDNT WORK AND NOW THEY TAKE MONEY EVERY MONTH , DO NOT GIVE YOUR DEBIT CARD BECAUSE YOU CANT REMOVE IT ONCE THEY HAVE IT,

I would rate this -00000 stars. I installed and uninstalled it immediately yet it still managed to charge me. How unethical.

According to Shopify's billing system, you kept our app on for over 6 months.

Since Shopify handles the entire billing process, we'd be happy to revert back to them on your behalf or schedule a call and sort any misunderstandings you might've had about our app usage or Shopify's billing, and of course provide you with a refund.

Hey my store contain lots of SKUs in my store as for different products and customize products. Therefor an app like Twik helps my users to find the products they like and navigate better

My experience with this app is not worth the price you want to pay for it every month. This application has been running in my store for a month and has not helped in any way to increase sales, you should change your ad and not let other users be misled.

Sometimes, a 30 days trial is not enough to create an uplift in sales, in which cases we are happy to extend the trial period. In order for twik to increase revenues, it must first be exposed to a sufficient amount of traffic and sales- only then it can optimize your conversion rates and AOV.

I have been using it for a few months and signed up for their cro services Very sloppy work at times had to check it a lot, I lost customers to the glitches and had people complaining about the currency being changed to dollars when we are in euros (they couldn't change it back), I gave the team a few chances but its always one thing or another, some of the features would pop up twice or load on the website like something from windows 2000, I do wish them the best of luck as they are nice guys

I've only had the app for 1 day and my website has received plenty of incoming traffic and this app hasn't done anything. I am willing to wait and see but so far I don't see anything from this. There has been plenty of traffic for them to capitalize on and still 0% progression rate. I will provide updates as they come. Also, since adding this app I've seen a growth in traffic rate. Yet, this app claims to "not" drive more traffic towards your website. Odd

This app doesn't do anything. I don't see any changes or does it convert the currency. No other choice but to uninstall it.

In order for twik to work, after the installation, the system is learning your website and your visitor's behaviour (aka. "learning mode").
The learning mode time may differ, depending on your website's traffic.
