I just deactivated and deleted the app, however my product pages show an error 404 PRODUCT NOT FOUND. need assistance please.

We've only had twik installed for two days, but we're already seeing an improvement in Add to Cart and registration rates. To be honest, we didn't expect any results so soon, but we're thrilled with what we've seen so far. We can't wait to see the progress after a month or two. Thank you!

I've been trying to contact twik for a while now, but they don't respond. chat doesn't work at all and refers you to email. app constantly shuts down and only shows fixed default values
After finally receiving a message I think it is good that they gave an appropriate solution.
