It's been our first week with Twik. We hard about all of this AI and chat GPT and decided to adopt Twik's solution. After a couple of days we've already added more than 76$ USD the purchase rate rise from 0.4 to 0.69% and the cart abandoned rate decreased a bit. It's great to see such a change in such a short time. Thank Twik
All are a joke. I have lost the trust. I am not finding any button to unsubscribe and all months they are continuously charging me. It is just a scam, too bad, sorry. I am asking a refund of all money they have taken from me. PLEASE REFUND ME ALL

Added the app and no products were showing anymore from all collections on desktop. Was fine on mobile.
We had to delete immediately. DANGER
We're still willing to try the app (even though it's pricey) if the app CS gets back to us with a reason/fix for this huge issue.
