Tailor the connector to your business
- Do you want to keep everything straight and simple? Transfer your Shopify orders to Twinfield journal entries, aka Twinfield Sales transactions. This connection is a real-time connection. You indicate when a Shopify order is transferred: When it is created, paid of partly paid.
- Do you want to use the invoicing of Twinfield? If you use the invoicing module of Twinfield you can transfer your Shopify orders to Twinfield invoices.
It is important that the correct price-details and customer-details are transferred. This a list of the most important parameters that are transferred. A full detailed service description in Dutch language is available.
Order-details: The order-specifics, like order number and order date are transferred. The payment method is part of the sales transaction description. Of course the order lines are transferred. Per order line the line-price, tax code and ledger code are transferred.
Customer-details: The full customer details like email address, name, company, address, telephone number etc are transferred. Through the email address it is verified whether the customer is already present. If so, the customer-details are adapted.
