Their products are of high quality and at reasonable prices, even more they don't charge ridiculous shipping fees like a lot of the other POD services.

They are very professional, with all support questions being answered promptly and to a good standard.

Based in the UK so great entry into the UK and EU markets.

Great app, the mock up editor is really easy to use, their customer service support has been excellent. We have made lots of sales and all have gone smoothly or been sorted very quickly if there were any issues.

Great so far easy to use just wish they could add the option for tracked shipping as I ship worldwide and customers like the tracking and so do i!Thank you!

I must admit before I started using two fifteen.. like so many others I was concerned by older reviews... but I am so glad I took the risk as I have been working with them for over a year now and had several sales with them.
I can state that...
1) All financial aspects have been on point including refunds
2) Quality of printing has been good as customers have been happy and the samples i have purchased have been good as well
3) Garment quality is as good as any other POD supplier
4) Dispatch has usually been within 3 days and on occassion up to 5 days so no complaints there
5) Packaging is recycled and they are eco conscious
6) Communication on the rare occassions it's been needed has been fairly prompt and satisfactory.
So in summary I think the previous shortfalls were a glitch they seem to have addressed and worked hard to improve on - I am glad I chose to work with them as my happy customers have testified... and support of our UK smaller businesses is so important.

A great app and with a great customer service to boot. Products are brilliant, quick turn around, compliment slips to customer with our branding is a great icing on an already tip quality cake. Highly recommend.

Nobody is 100% But 215 are not far off I have just spent 20 mins reading all of these reviews, and in my experience working with 215 some I agree with and some I don't. Firstly 215 are a great company to work with, I find their user interface easy to use and to create my products and their pricing is very fair for a UK based company. The products are printed well and vibrant which is why we are all here right. They however, they do say you can tell a company’s worth by how they act when something goes wrong. It Nobody can expect from the volumes that are ordered for everything to be 100% as things do go wrong - we are all human right. I had an issue only once where a print was not quite right, I emailed them and they resolved this within one hour, leaving a more satisfied customer at the end of the day. So to say their support is poor for me is untrue as I found it fantastic. (please note there was a genuine reason for the garment being sent in the first place) - so I am happy with everything being 98% but their support being of 100%. If you have read this far, well done, I will be finishing now with my final thoughts (very Jeremy Springer (I know). I would highly recommend 215, they have a fantastic package all in all and perfect to upscale your business when you needed.
