It really helped conversions and the customer support is super helpful :D
Great support teamWish their app was still "free + usage" but they changed it and it wasn't brought up to me :( so i got charged 3x...but never the less the support team was there to help when i needed them to resolve so good service for sure like probably the best i've encountered on shopify thanks guys will continue to use app in like 3-4 months.. hope the price drops a little though cause that would've had me keep it. Like one app i have is charging $7.99 + Usage and i haven't deleted even when i don't use them and thus far i've ended up paying them hundreds in subscription and then thousands for usage when i do use them..but anything over $10/mo i pretty much delete or find different new comer app.

Fast Response time. I got an accidental charge on my account and they answered all my concerns as well as gave me a refund. The amazing customer service really showed when they informed me about a startup plan I wasn't aware of. So Flexible, so smooth, 100% recommend!

Other companies require you to have a high level of marketing and tech knowledge to get their SMS marketing platform to work. TxtCart Just works! setting up my first campaign was a breeze and I have not looked back ever sense.

I do not recommend this app, without authorization from our store they upgraded the plan and started charging us with no notification. Our team realized this unexpected charge after getting the first invoice.
