So far this app is crushing it for my Shopify store. Recovered 128 subscribers today and the AI is having full blown conversations with customers to convert more sales. The support is great. Have not used it too much yet but the support is always there. Not outsourced, it's solid support. For $1 a month you would have to be a fool not to have this app recovering carts for you
