TxtCart seamlessly integrates with my store, allowing me to recover abandoned carts through personalized SMS alerts and follow-ups. The results have been impressive!
Love that the results have fired off RIGHT away, just as intended, it's awesome to see those abandoned checkouts get recovered in REAL-TIME.

TxtCart:SMS Marketing & AI very easy to set up in your store. They provide step by step instruction, notes and walk through help tutorials for each page. They provide Clear insight to how the implementation & functions of how the application works as well as what is necessary to create an overall positive costumer, end user, Application service. Had an issue getting setup, and their support team took care of everything super quickly. Very friendly and helpful. Excited to see how much revenue lift the live agents/ai can generate for our small business with SMS. I've tried other sms platforms and TxtCart is by far the best one I have used thus far.

This was a feature that I was not using as often as I thought I would and due to that I decided to cancel my membership. There was a bit of confusion in the process yet once I as able to get Kyle on line the process turned super easy after that. He listen to my concern and solve it within less than 10 minutes and supplied a credit for once I'm ready to return. Much Appreciated !
