This app is amazing! I'm getting an 8.29x ROI completely on autopilot. The abandoned checkout flow alone has generated over $16,000 in recovered revenue. If you're on Shopify and not using TxtCart you are leaving serious money on the table. Hands down one of the best investments I've made for my store. A must have.

Had to uninstall the app after YEARS using them when they were a little fish in the pond.
Our store was completely offline for two months due to unforseen reasons. They tried to bill us (for sending people into the ether..no store online, nowhere for customers to go..seriously!)
As a long time shopify merchant i am warning you PLEASE make sure you see all other sms options BEFORE you install this app its the least and best you can do for your business especially in this economy. They are getting ready to bill us for another $266 next month but as i mentioned to Shopify support (Harvey needs to know about this whole thing) they will have to send that invoice to our attorneys because we're done dealing with them.

As our team explained, the issue your store experienced was caused by a problem outside of TxtCart's control. Even so, we have already issued a full refund for the charges out of appreciation for your long-standing business with us.
Since the original payment was not made in cash, our team issued app credits instead. We also contacted the Shopify team directly, and they confirmed that the credits were split across two separate unpaid bills, which we understand may have added to the confusion. All of these details are included in the messages our team has already sent you.

TxtCart's campaigns alone have driven lots of revenue for our store. The managed program made it even easier for us - they drafted the sms, scheduled and sent. Great app and customer service, better than most other sms apps I've tried before like Emotive, it's got a lot of built in flows so it's really convenient and nice.

TxtCart has been a great addition to our SMS marketing stack. Setup was quick and required zero coding — synced with our Shopify store right away. The abandoned cart recovery flows have helped us win back sales we would've otherwise lost, and the two-way AI conversations feel personal instead of spammy.
