I had a billing issue and they took care of me right away, makes a difference when a company does its best to make you feel like they have your back no matter the circumstance. Its a very easy to use platform and the support team is amazing. Also the team believes so much in their product that you get a free trial so with that it pays for itself by generating you extra sales. No risk fam. WARNING: Deceptive Billing & Horrible Customer Service
I strongly advise DO NOT install this app! TxtCart uses misleading pricing tactics and unauthorized charges that are NOT clearly disclosed upfront.
Hidden Fees: They claim it’s $29/month, but then sneak in 15% of cart recovery revenue WITHOUT proper consent. This is NOT explicitly stated before they start charging.
