Game changer app to our store! If you're a DTC brand and don't have this app you're seriously missing out. So easy to download and integrate and we absolutely love how smooth the conversations are. Very straightforward and easy to use! The customer support team is outstanding as well which is pretty rare these days to find. Wish we downloaded it sooner!

We were looking for an app to allow us to easily offer text message ordering for our customers to help with re-orders. We did not want to spend a lot to build this out ourselves, We were up and running the same day. Support is great, always a reply same day...helped us setup everything.

I agree with prior review. The support is fantastic. We were hesitant because we're contacting customers via text, but so far, there's been no complaints or push back. It takes a couple months to get traction, but the trend is strong. I'd recommend for anyone looking to target millennials because very few check email these days. Thumbs up!

Cool app! Needed something that would allow our customers to easily re-order since we don't offer subscriptions. Support is pretty good, very fast reply times. They helped us set everything up.
