This app filled a hole for the last year, but after the last POS update is no longer working. I have reached out about a week ago to support and have had no response. As this is a paid app - it is disappointing. I will be cancelling this app before it renews again as why pay for something that doesn't work.
Hi Fabric Garden, We sincerely apologise for the disruption. Unfortunately our app integration was considered legacy and disabled. We believes we had until the end of March to get our changes deployed, which didn't happen. Our app integration was cancelled on March 4th and we've had to push to get our app migrated. A new app integration will be deployed on Monday. We will also be issuing a credit to all affected merchants for the month of February.
It seems like this app is not working with the new version of Shopify POS App. It needs to be updated
Apologies for the inconvenience. The app does work for the new version but the documentation is outdated. If you decide to try the app again, please reach out and I will be happy to provide a guide that will get you started.
