I have been using the Custom order status for quite a while. It is great for keeping my customers informed in the process. By using this I can help keep the incoming emails and phone calls since they are getting notifications. Thank you.

This app has been so helpful for my order management and my customers experience. I love that I can organize my orders by statuses like if it's printed or not and my customers can view that status on their own anytime on the order lookup page.
