Tried using the webhooks feature, but it didn’t work as expected. Support was not very patient, which made troubleshooting frustrating. Had to downgrade as a result. Disappointed with the experience.

The webhooks are firing and delivering the payloads as intended. However, since webhook integration often involves custom code and external systems, we’re unable to troubleshoot individual implementations outside of our app.
