Does not work with draft orders. If you process your orders while they are in draft before invoicing, this app is not for you.
Thank you for your feedback. To clarify for others, our app is designed to manage custom statuses for orders after they’ve been invoiced. Managing draft orders is not a feature we currently support or advertise.
We understand this may not align with every workflow. That said, we’re always listening to user feedback and if support for draft orders becomes a widely requested feature, we’ll absolutely consider it for future development.

App has no support at all. messaged 3 days ago no reply. App is not working. Whenever clients type in their order number and email ad, only a blank page appears. I tried to contact support for this, but until now i have yet to receive a reply. Such a bad service for a paid app.

It appears that you reached out to us on Saturday 5/25/19. Our hours of operation are 8-5 PM CST Mon-Fri. Since yesterday was a Holiday, our office was unfortunately closed. We have replied this morning, and I am more than happy to offer my full attention to fixing your issue!
Sadly, I try use this app, but there is missing a lot of things, such as app demonstration with all settings for test, where we can actually see what this app can offer.
Support only via mail, sadly no online support so useless for someone installing app, looking everything white, with no orders test so we can understand what does the app actually do.

We will be happy to help you configure it (there are no theme modifications required) and extend your free trial period so you can test the app thoroughly.
503 Service unavailable. This is disappointing as it seems like it could be a promising app. Does anyone know of an alternative?
This issue should be resolved! We are also currently working on a fix which would ensure that this does not happen again in the future.
