We have been using your plugin in our ecommerce store and so far we have had a good experience with it. Your plugin has been a great help for us to overcome some of the limitations that we had in our Shopify store - thanks for that!

This is the best app I've added to my store since we set up several years ago. We make products that sometimes have longer lead times and this makes keeping all our customers up to date (and our own records in order) really easy.
Highly recommended.
Oh and Justin is amazingly helpful in setting it all up and making minor edits to aesthetics.

Used this app to make a tracker for customers getting their bike repairs done. Saves us answering the phone every ten minutes! Good app, coding options allow you to modify things nicely. (luckily the staff are really helpful if you aren't great with coding!) Really helpful though, happy to recommend.

Updated- After a series of emails and discussions the guys at W3 came through and produced an AMAZING status update that is perfect for what we need!! Pulls in product photo and uses our company fonts. Great service and product!!

Could do with a lot of work

You need to create dummy orders when you want to see what an email looks like. Couldn't see any way to check template

1)No generic email templates you can select that look good, its plain text only
2)Order details can't be centre aligned, always pushes to left hand side
3)Limited number of fonts (didn't have Lato)
4)Dosn't pull in product photo like other email apps did

It's OK and does what it says on the tin but if your looking to really offer something in the way of branding this isn't for you

Most of the items in our store are crafted on demand when a customer places an order and go through several crafting and finishing steps before being sent to packaging and shipping. I wanted a way to let our customers know where their order is in our production queue with several custom statuses. I wanted a way to notify my customers via email quickly and easily when their order moves from one status to another. I also wanted the custom status to be shown to the customer in some places where it normally is not shown. Custom Order Status by W3 gives me everything I want, and more. And for the couple of small layout/design wishes that weren't met out of the box, W3 support was able to take care of for me very quickly, ultimately giving me exactly what I wanted. Everything is super customizable, so now I have some work to do to make everything look great. Which is actually kind of fun because the admin tools for this app are great and easy to use. Integration with MailChip was flawless. I know my customers are going to love this! Thank you, W3!

Loving this app for managing work load. I make custom guestbooks for weddings and events and needed something that I could update each stage of my process and brides could log in and see where their order is up to. This app is perfect for that and helps manage the process queries during my busy wedding season.

I should admit that I'm impressed. I have been searching for something like this for a while now. Definitely worth every penny.

This is a fantastic app! works a treat and has lots of functionality. Keeps orders up to date and cuts down on lots of emails, W3 also modified some aspects to fit my store this was carried out super quick, great service all round, very happy and would highly recommend w3trends to all store owners.

I love this app it can be place anywhere on your site and customer can check their order status.
