we have used this app over a year. but its found that it keep showing HTTP error 503 today. it makes us cannot change the status and send the notification to our customers. Please help to check. Thanks
This issue should be resolved! We are also currently working on a fix which would ensure that this does not happen again in the future.

Very reliable. Just what I needed for our business. The application itself runs flawlessly. Would highly recommend this to anyone who needs a custom order status maker on Shopify.
I love all the W3 apps I have used. They help me streamline my business at a very fair price. The only thing that would make this app even better is if you could schedule a status change on specific date so that it triggers an email. Now you always have to remember to go in and change the status. For example if you want to send a reminder email the day before an appointment. Otherwise really LOVE it. Thank you!
This app is perfect for my business. I produce prints to order, so I need to keep track of several different stages of the process (ready to print, printed, packaged) and without it I'd be lost! I had a minor issue, and Justin had it fixed within 24 hours and was amazing to work with! 10/10!
Pro : A very useful app to communicate order status to your customers and provide them a way to check themselves their order status/details. Plus very helpful support.
Con : Would be great that by default the Order Lookup page displays a total_discounts row.

So far this app has been a game changer in regards to keeping track of orders. We have many different types of orders with various stages over long periods of time. This app has allowed us to get a handle on all unfulfilled orders. Thank you!
Customer transparency is KEY in order to avoid unnecessary calls and questions asking what's going on with their order. I want my customer to be informed every step of the way. This is the only app at this price point (and I've tried a lot!) that allows assigning different order statuses (in production, waiting for customer, etc) and will also send out an email when I manually change it to one of the custom statuses. Support has been great, and very helpful after I asked how to do a few things I wanted to accomplish with the app.
This is a good app however very frustrating with many HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable errors. Developers should consider reworking the app to make it more reliable.
I used this app for many months assuming it was working. Many of my customers complained that they were not receiving order status updates (even though they were going through with no issues on my end). I contacted the app developer and they explained that the emails were going into the customer's junk folders. I asked those customers who inquired about their order updates if they could check their junk folders. The customers (ALL of them!) expressed frustration that there were no order update emails in the junk folder. I finally gave up and deleted the app after receiving non-stop e-mails from customers asking for updates. What's the point in paying for an app if it doesn't work??
We apologize for any issues you may have experienced while using the notification feature of our app. By default, the app sends emails from our own domain on behalf of your email, which may sometimes be flagged as spam or junk. To improve branding and deliverability, we recommend using your own domain to send emails. You can easily configure the app to send emails using your own domain, or you can send emails using your own domain by using one of the several supported providers.
