didn't work.
nice custom status set ups but email templates are not good, couldn't make it work, links didnt work. cancel before ending my trial. I wish i had more time

This is the app I have been searching for our stores. It has been challenging to stay in touch with customers throughout the ordering process. WIth custom orders, they can take a bit of time and want to be able to communicate with them throughout the process, but also allow our employees to look up where they are at in the process when a customer calls. Also, want to give the customer the chance to look up the status of their order, and this app provides that too. It is working well for us!
