I have been using the Custom order status for quite a while. It is great for keeping my customers informed in the process. By using this I can help keep the incoming emails and phone calls since they are getting notifications. Thank you.
Love this app! Been using it for a while now and have never once had any issues with it. I just recently upgraded to integrate API requests from Google Sheets. Customer service help me solve some issues I was having very quickly. Couldn't ask for better service.
Very powerful app and easy to install, understand/learn and start using. Their support is also responsive, quick to solve the problem and HUMAN.
Does not work with draft orders. If you process your orders while they are in draft before invoicing, this app is not for you.
Thank you for your feedback. To clarify for others, our app is designed to manage custom statuses for orders after they’ve been invoiced. Managing draft orders is not a feature we currently support or advertise.
We understand this may not align with every workflow. That said, we’re always listening to user feedback and if support for draft orders becomes a widely requested feature, we’ll absolutely consider it for future development.
