This is very disappointing. Is this even a legitimate company? The app is already malfunctioning before we have even started using it, and there is no support available for urgent issues. Imagine how frustrating this would be if we had invested heavily and trained our team to depend on this app. Also, no one reached out to us to resolve the error that occurred over the weekend, despite what your response claims. You were quick to respond to an honest review, yet no actual steps were taken to fix the issue.

Thank you for the feedback, and we're sorry to hear about the frustration. We take every review seriously, so we want to clarify the timeline for anyone reading this.

When you first reported trouble sending emails on April 14, our support team responded within minutes with a documentation link, and after you requested a closer look, we requested collaborator access and diagnosed the issue the same day: your Host Value was duplicating the domain name, which is a common setup issue with certain email providers. We provided a fix in under 90 minutes from your initial message. Configuring your DNS settings with a 3rd party provider is not something we can configure on our end since we do not have access. The best we can do is provide support and documentation that explains what needs to be done.

When you reached out again on April 17, replied back within 20 minutes and never received a reply from you.

We've checked our support system thoroughly and don't have any record of a ticket or message from you over the weekend of April 18-19. Our last correspondence was on Friday, when we confirmed that a small bug on our end had been resolved.

We're a legitimate company with a real support team, and we're committed to helping every merchant get up and running. We'd genuinely love the chance to make sure everything is working smoothly for you, If you still need assistance please reply to the support thread or reach out directly and we'll walk through the setup with you.
