**Update** So the company immediately contacted me and asked me to send them the invoices, and they have made a refund. So yes, it's an excellent way to close this issue. As I said before, the app itself is pretty good, it just wasn't suitable for my needs, and as for the customer service and the way they've handled the case, it was good.

I am new shopify seller. I have been looking for how to configure countdown sales boost and TRUST batches!! I have used FREE version of USB and set of all the features I need. I will definitely upgrade once I launch the store and test some sales boost features in the app..

It is a great app. But most of the features are not free which can be useful. That's why I gave 3 stars.

I really like how it does work, really good service! also is really easy to use it, you do not need to install any code in order to get the app ready

I haven't tried it yet, but looking at it when I configure setting this is quite complete compare to other app
