It is not a bad app at all, but it is a little bit much for my site. I use it at www.NorthRustic.com and have decided after playing with it for a few hours that I only really need to be using the trust badges. Which would be easy to add without any app. I think it would be good for some stores, but I do not care for the timers on my shop.

We use the app, we like it, and ultimately, we recommend it, but we did have a negative experience recently: The app suddenly stopped working in the middle of a huge sale which caused a lot of confusion with our customers because the advertising and details of the sale were dependent on the app functioning correctly. The issue was fixed in 7 days, although this time could have been shorter because some of the app support emails were going to my junk folder. Ultimately, we lost a lot of revenue due to the app malfunctioning, but we still use the app and when it works, it's great. It does help increase sales, so we still recommend it, we only hope that we don't experience any more app malfunctions in the future, or that we can get any bugs fixed quicker... Perhaps Hextom would consider introducing a live chat feature in the app back-end so we can contact support quickly in emergencies?

So far so good. Setting everything up was easy and easy to understand. NO CODING! Havent had a chance to see in action in live mode or even test it out yet since I literally just downloaded and setup the first popup. USB kept popping up after i saved the first popup asking to write a review before ive even had a chance to check it out. (Something to think about USB, maybe wait when asking for a review so customer has a chance to see if it works properly. popups can be quite annoying so early in the game). So cant give it a fully 5 star rating since I have no idea how its going to perform or if itll even work. Fingers crossed everything goes well :)
