I am going to give you my honest revieuw and tell you in what situation i would reccomend using their service.

To start off the service is a 10/10, the staff go OUT of their way to help you with whatever issiue you got and they are passient and kind, (ass english IS NOT my main) i really appreciate the patient.

And their service has a price tag ofcourse and not a small one either, BUT if youre store has over 10k product its so hard to have a good filter systum and thats simply to inportant to leave out, because once you have so many product you dont want to make it a hard time for your customers to buy something on your store!

But id day if you procces less then 1k products you may be better of doing it all manually, in the end of the day time is money and to do 12k products mannually cost me too much time, but to procces 1k products mannually it will cost more for their service then it would cost time.

That is my honest revieuw on their service, i hope somebody can get all the info they need about this app and have a great e-commerce journey.

We've been using this app for a couple of years and it has performed relatively great for us but lately their service (servers) keep on dropping - the current outage is more than 48 hours - which means that none of our collection pages are coming up and since all of our collection pages are setup using this app, our site is essentially down whenever their server goes down. That, to me, is a problem especially during a holiday sales season. Not being able to count of quick resolution of issues and not having a backup (their app code should be able to revert if it can't connect to their servers) is a problem considering the marketing activities and expenditure that we put in place weeks in advance. Additionally, their systems do not send emails or alerts when their system is down so the only way to know about these issues is to constantly check the status of your site (and specifically the collection pages) or via customers sending us messages that the site isn't showing any products (what happened this past labor day weekend).

I really like the app and its capabilities but they have to do more work around stability of their servers and proactive alerting to their customers when their systems go down.

Incredible support and very clean app. Tried a bunch of filtering apps and this one had the most user friendly interface with great support. Highly recommend.

We are very happy with the app. The support team is always super fast in fixing issues and we were also able to add some custom features like collection banners with their help.

Absolutely LOVE this app. Its easy to use, and works with the 25,000+ products we have in our store.

The only thing I didn't like was that any page the filter was on changed my theme's font to the apps font. However, I sent a support ticket in and my font on the filter pages was immediately changed back to support my themes font.

For clarification, the font that the app uses is STILL nice, and would not have stopped me from using the app could it not have been changed.

The features this app gives are worth every penny paid.

The best part of the app is the support, Nancy always responds and resolves every issue I come across quickly, and guild me to do fixes myself as well, much appreciated!
If you don't find the feature on dashboard, ask and the support team will help you to figure that out.

Works as expected - when it works. In the last few weeks there have been many outages, sometimes over several days.
Since the app is deeply integrated into the store through the search and category pages, when the app fails, the store virtually stops working.
I can only advise everyone not to use this app.

I have uninstalled this app but still subscription charges added on my monthly billing. Why It happened.

We're sorry to hear about the confusion with your billing. It's important to note that Shopify controls app billing through their API and platform. However, we understand your concern and will escalate this issue to Shopify to investigate further. They'll be able to review the charges and provide clarification on why they were incurred even after uninstalling the app.

Does it let you filter products by tags? yes. It worked fine for us, but the price skyrockets based on how many sku's you have in your store. We had crossed the 10,000 product mark which was the plan we were on, and it PREVENTED PRODUCTS FROM DISPLAYING IN OUR COLLECTIONS. I understand if they would have removed the ability to filter or use their search function as that is what it is here to do, but to tamper with an inherent shopify feature is absolutely inexcusable. We spent two days going back and forth between shopify support and our theme support trying to troubleshoot the issue before someone determined that this app was blocking products from displaying until we gave them more money since we had 10,004 products now instead of 10,000. You can now filter with Meta Tags in themes 2.0, and I would recommend going that route if you can as this app will gouge you. We are paying over $100 a month just to filter, and the prices go up to north of $500 a month depending on how large your catalog is. I do have to dig deeper as this apps support says that Meta Tag filtering is limited to 1000 products on shopify, but I will say that I am very frustrated with the way the app behaved without clear indication of what the outcome of not immediately updating would be. (We just crossed 10,000 products a few days ago)

I would like to clarify that we DO NOTIFY CLIENTS when their usage is around 80-85% of the limit. This notification is sent to GIVE THEM AMPLE TIME to take necessary actions and avoid any issues with products exceeding the limit. It's important to note that the STOREFRONT WILL STILL WORK IN THIS CASE.
