I highly recommend this app. We've found the support to be fast and patient. We might even be one of those annoying clients who are very particular with how we want our collections to look. They've gone above and beyond. Well worth it.

The app itself is very good out of the box. We had a particular edge use case that wasn't covered so we contacted support for some help:

1. Comms were great both with how we could discuss the technical issue and manner.
2. They invested a lot of time to get the fix in place.
3. They provided extra help with settings and testing to make sure they solved as per our request.

I have spent 22 years building software at agencies and in that time have dealt with 3rd parties a lot with software integration, these guys are in the top tier in how they deal with their customers.

Thanks guys, really appreciate it.

I would most definitely recommend this app. This app was the ONLY app I could find that did everything I wanted to do. I wanted to be able to tag all of my products including variants and filter based on those attributes. I was able to do that with this app (by way of metafields), and when filtered, it also shows the correct variant image. It's search functionality also makes our website search much more powerful. It has more functionality that I didn't even mention that's very useful. It's user-friendly, and support is also great; very quick responses through chat, and really helpful.

We implemented this app and struggled initially yet the developer was super helpful and really spent time working with us to get it looking how we wanted. 10 out of 10 for customer support.

Terrible customer service, it’s not good filter , I was paying $4 a month they’re saying now $29 a month, stay away I’m using almost 2 years this app , I’ll check on market more better performance for sure , also you messed up my website, your filter working also terrible why i got choose your filter because of $4 a month , so why you’re asking $29 for a month for this app , it’s not usable, HELLO EVERYONE! DON’T PAY MORE THAN $4 A MONTH ,

We have the recent chat log (July 5, 2022) that you said we were helpful and you had been using it for 2 years. During this period, per our Live chat & Helpdesk records, we have not received any issue from you whatsoever. How come we messed up your site? We also have the chat log 2 years ago (Nov 10, 2020) you actively asked that you wanted to pay $20 a YEAR. We serve thousands of stores, yet we are truly puzzled by your review.

We have been helping you a lot since the beginning. We gave the $4/mon for up-to 2500 items plan (official price is $49.99) 2 years ago as we were new and wanted to keep a good relationship with you. You are now demanding $8/mon for up-to 5000 (official price is $69.99) that we could not accept as your price is not enough for our support and bare-metal infrastructure and we offered you another plan. After all our support and offers, we still got the 1* review anyway. It's just sad.

Speedy search and filtering capabilities; does a great job enhancing Shopify's filtering capabilities and the team has been very responsive to our issues and getting things up and running!
