Very good customer support and the functions I need so far are working fine. Metafields are easy to include into filtering and sorting.

I have been working on my Shopify site for several years now and every app I download, I have a difficult time getting the support I need or any support at all. I have to say that the developers of this app have changed all that! I had a question and not only did they help me right away but they even worked with me to change things a bit to get what I wanted. I was absolutely amazed! I am so very grateful that I have discovered this app and the wonderful support that comes with it. And the app is also very easy to use and intuitive and I'm not smart about this at all. I'm a maker and designer, and so computer skills are not my strong suit so apps like this with staff like this make my time on the computer pleasant and bearable! Thank you so very much for going above and beyond. Your app is going to really help my customers get to the products they want quickly and create better conversion! Thank you for being awesome! I downloaded the app and it did everything I expected, except is showed a field that we could not share with customers. their Chat was able to resolve this very quickly during Asian business hours. I was happy to not need to stay up late and get USA timed responses

Thank you for your feedback. The image showing the Year Make Model on the app store page is just a showcase of a customer site. To make the app work as a Year Make Model filter, the customers would need to pay for some customization since we have to customize a lot of things. It's normal in any app. It should not be called fake as you said. Sadly we have tried to call you to explain but no responses.
