After a thorough investigation, we discovered that the problem was not caused by our app. Instead, it was due to a theme code deployment that affected only the live theme. This deployment inadvertently modified our app's JavaScript, leading to the issues you encountered.
Our development team worked diligently to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We want to assure you that our app is designed to handle a large number of requests per day without any issues.
For future deployments, we recommend excluding all our app files when you are using theme kits tools for code deployment. We understand the frustration this situation caused and appreciate your feedback.

This app is easy to handle and most of all I really appreciate the outstanding support. They really offer any kind of needed customization and totally understand what we as a retailer need. If you want an easy to use search and filter option, wann add some extras like Wishlists or Quick View etc. - this is the app to go. Most helpful app we're actually using and by far the best support. Extremely powerful app! Variant filtering powerhouse, if have variants and need to filter and show them all using custom variant metafields - this is the app for you. This app gives you the ability to extract and filter on anything you can put inside of a metafield, very powerful! The app was not working on a new Theme and the USF team solved it in less than 15 minutes at 8 PM. I am very grateful for this app. Hugely recommended.
If you're searching for a professional search and product filter here you go! This is the best product filter and search so far on shopify apps. If you want to look like a global brand than you have to use this search and products filter Support is super fast and they do anything you request.

2024 update: We've been using this for several years now. Support has always been excellent. The system is very flexible and allows us to have a range of filters for all the different types of product we sell.
I was looking for an app to replace an older filter we've had in place for years. I wanted a system that allowed:
1. instant search
2. multi-select in filters (e.g small + medium)
3. different filters for different product groups Our website has a lot of different product categories and most filter solutions only allow the same filters for all products, which just doesn't work for us. The solution also had to be quick. Sobooster were very helpful with installing it. It didn't take too long to learn and the more I used it the more I found they had all our requirements covered. You can base filters on tags, which is mostly what we use for flexibility. The tag name, or suffix, can be the filter option. We have been using this for a year now and it is a key component of our website. Support is excellent. Highly recommended!
