AI Search & Product Filter |SB

This app has been great for our collection pages to really speed up the load and user experience. Support has been great helping us with some customizations to make it work with our theme.

Works as expected - when it works. In the last few weeks there have been many outages, sometimes over several days.
Since the app is deeply integrated into the store through the search and category pages, when the app fails, the store virtually stops working.
I can only advise everyone not to use this app.

Works like a charm. Support was very fast and helpful solving an issue I couldn't figure out myself. Was expecting to receive help in 24-48 hours, however support helped me out in less then 2 hours. Perfect, absolutely recommend this tool.

Really appreciate this amazing service. Just use the chatbox and get your answer in like 5 minutes. Never seen this before!

I tried many similar apps and this one is the best. I did need some help configuring because my site has a some custom apps and code and they promptly responded and got everything working perfectly.

Great app.
You create your filters easily and then you can change also very easily.
the helpcenter is very helpfull, they help you also with the layout of the webpages.

UPDATED 10/23:
this app is so great in concept. the issue is that their server keeps crashing, leaving our site inaccessible for indeterminate periods of time. we only know when we look at our site and the collections won't load. their support says that they are monitoring, but i have never once been alerted to an outage. really a disappointment.

this app has SO many benefits. want to show all your variants as individual products? they've got it. want to merchandise your site so that it looks super great? no problem. need something custom? the customer service team can probably figure it out. i have yet to find an app that has this level of functionality -- totally changed our website!

Great filter options, outstanding customer service. Replies usually within minutes and goes above and beyond to help! Great help when setting up the filter or having to customize it to fit your theme/needs.

We've been using this app for several shops of our company, and we are so far very satisfied by the features and how reactive and skilled the support is. I definitely recommend it.
