I used the app and customized a filter which has many details. The customer service is amazingly helpful. Would like to recommend this app and will install this for my following sites if possible.

Does it let you filter products by tags? yes. It worked fine for us, but the price skyrockets based on how many sku's you have in your store. We had crossed the 10,000 product mark which was the plan we were on, and it PREVENTED PRODUCTS FROM DISPLAYING IN OUR COLLECTIONS. I understand if they would have removed the ability to filter or use their search function as that is what it is here to do, but to tamper with an inherent shopify feature is absolutely inexcusable. We spent two days going back and forth between shopify support and our theme support trying to troubleshoot the issue before someone determined that this app was blocking products from displaying until we gave them more money since we had 10,004 products now instead of 10,000. You can now filter with Meta Tags in themes 2.0, and I would recommend going that route if you can as this app will gouge you. We are paying over $100 a month just to filter, and the prices go up to north of $500 a month depending on how large your catalog is. I do have to dig deeper as this apps support says that Meta Tag filtering is limited to 1000 products on shopify, but I will say that I am very frustrated with the way the app behaved without clear indication of what the outcome of not immediately updating would be. (We just crossed 10,000 products a few days ago)

I would like to clarify that we DO NOTIFY CLIENTS when their usage is around 80-85% of the limit. This notification is sent to GIVE THEM AMPLE TIME to take necessary actions and avoid any issues with products exceeding the limit. It's important to note that the STOREFRONT WILL STILL WORK IN THIS CASE.

This app was exactly what I needed and all the things I didn't know I needed! The search capabilities were an added extra for me as I was just looking for a decent product filtering system. I got both in this app! Also support was extremely quick to respond to a query I had and walked me through how to fix the issue. Remarkable!

I've had a really positive experience with the SB app. The functionality is spot-on and has genuinely improved my store. What sets them apart, though, is their responsive support. They were quick to help and even made some custom tweaks to fit my theme. Highly recommended for those seeking both efficiency and supportive service.

This app is very untrustable. Sometimes they go down and since the app manage all the collection pages you'll end up with a down store too. The main issue is that they NEVER tell you, you'll have to find out yourself and quickly act: publish an emergency theme, stop ads campaign (if they are running with collection pages links), etc...
Better to stay far from this , a lot of time to recover the mess.

The issue was with the merchant's custom links not redirected to the correct filters. It only happened to your store migrated from the previous version. We were working overnight to handle this for you. Everything is back to normal now :) Good night sir.

The app works very well as intented. The best part of app was the app support they were very responsive and helpfull.

Used other more expensive apps and USF is the best. Nancy is tremendous and provides helpful support to fix any issues that we may have while styling the site. Highly recommend.

I not only love the app but the support from the team is what really makes the difference.. I have had a couple of questions and asks and all are solved really quickly and to exactly what I needed.. Amazing service. Must have app!
