Nous sommes hyper satisfait du support et de l'app. Notre template n'était pas dans leur liste et ils ont fait toutes les modifs pour que cela joue et rende parfaitement bien (warehouse thème). Ils ont aussi fait quelques autres modifications très rapidement. Super support, hyper réactif et professionnel.
Pour ce qui est de l'app elle fonctionne parfaitement et est facile à utiliser comparativement à d'autres app. Il y a énormément d'options qui permettent, je pense, de satisfaire beaucoup de monde.
Je recommande vivement cette app après en avoir essayé beaucoup d'autres.

We're using this app on a few stores already. Metafields can be added as options to the filter, and various rules can be applied to sort the collections - like putting the products with a certain tag first. Very helpful!

Really powerful tool when it works correctly. Changes are not automatic, some lag time to catch up. I.e. If you make changes, the website doesn't reflect it right away - maybe 10 minutes, maybe an hour - depending on how many changes were made (prices and quantity adjustments, making a collection live). Customer service response has significantly improved over time. Overall, a satisfied customer. Thank you for making a great product.

I used this app to speed up my product filters and search on my Shopify website, the App was great and had whatever I needed but there were some conflict between this app and my other apps, the support team just provide me with amazing assistance and support to rectify the issue and fix the problem, I feel very lucky that I found this app, installed it and used it. I have got a fantastic support team which are backing me. Thank you so much

The Search feature is 10/10.

So far I have had an excellent experience with this app. It is super fast, serves all of our filter needs, and the code is customizable through the app which is a huge plus. The app originally was not compatible with the theme that my store uses but the SoBooster team made it compatible (and really good looking) within 2 days. The customer support was extremely quick and thorough and I would recommend this app to anybody who needs an elegant filter and search solution. It also integrates a quick view and add to cart feature which is super useful.

Great, functional app. Technical support always helps with complex issues, including adding changes to CSS. There are also integrations with several useful plugins. I advise everyone to try this app!
Terrible customer service, it’s not good filter , I was paying $4 a month they’re saying now $29 a month, stay away I’m using almost 2 years this app , I’ll check on market more better performance for sure , also you messed up my website, your filter working also terrible why i got choose your filter because of $4 a month , so why you’re asking $29 for a month for this app , it’s not usable, HELLO EVERYONE! DON’T PAY MORE THAN $4 A MONTH ,
We have the recent chat log (July 5, 2022) that you said we were helpful and you had been using it for 2 years. During this period, per our Live chat & Helpdesk records, we have not received any issue from you whatsoever. How come we messed up your site? We also have the chat log 2 years ago (Nov 10, 2020) you actively asked that you wanted to pay $20 a YEAR. We serve thousands of stores, yet we are truly puzzled by your review.
We have been helping you a lot since the beginning. We gave the $4/mon for up-to 2500 items plan (official price is $49.99) 2 years ago as we were new and wanted to keep a good relationship with you. You are now demanding $8/mon for up-to 5000 (official price is $69.99) that we could not accept as your price is not enough for our support and bare-metal infrastructure and we offered you another plan. After all our support and offers, we still got the 1* review anyway. It's just sad.
