I used this app to help me add a refine search to our website! I loved how easy it was so use and how helpful the support staff are. I absolutely recommend this app!!!

This is a great application to help customers search through your shop and filter to there needs! But the customer care is what makes it briljant!
We had some issues with translating the filters, because we don't use the partnered translating apps.
They didn't hesitate to assist customizing the theme code so we were able to translate it anyway!

I tried every single filter / search app on Shopify that had 4.5 to 5 Stars before finally stumbling upon these guys... God how I wish they were the first app I tried. Brilliant effortless user interface, amazing filter/search tools, and a customer service team full of superstars. None of the other apps would respond to my "live chat" messages and most didn't even have any customer support at all... I felt like I was going crazy. I'm so grateful I found these guys, their customer care is spectacular. These guys take customer service to a whole new universe. I've never experienced anything like it. Absolutely amazing. I feel bad for anyone that tries to use another search/filter tool. I'd give 10 stars if I could. I know you'll be as stoked on this app as I am!

I have been using this app for over a year now. I'm so happy with it. The support team always replies within an hour and they helped me with everyhing I needed.

The app was not working on a new Theme and the USF team solved it in less than 15 minutes at 8 PM. I am very grateful for this app. Hugely recommended.

This is the best search app that I have used so far. The results are great, being able to setup synonyms is amazing. I can search for green bag, and literally it shows all the bag variants as green. There were a few small issues, but their support team quickly fixed all of them. I can't recommend this enough. Update: I've been trying to change how some of our information was displayed and was unable to. I reached out to support and they made it happen. They also gave me the line number in the Javascript so I can modify it if needed in the future. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
