This is being thrown into the deep end. No guides whatsoever on setting up YMM filtering. I just do not have the time to try and figure out a complex third party app which is supposed to make my life easier and not harder.

I understand your frustration about setting up a YMM filter. But it requires a lot of coding from our dev to make it perfect. Please see the demo site to see how much work we need to do for each customer. Hence we ask for some small fee to pay for our dev only. I'm not sure if it's the reason for the 1* review. Having this 1* review for a new app is extremely bad for our business.
