I got an answer to my support request within an hour, and got it fixed within the next hour also.
+ they customized the plugin to my theme colors, without even me asking for it.
Other than that, the plugin works really well.
It took only a few minutes to customise the sticky button to suit my store's theme, and it looks great both on the computer and mobile. I would definitely recommend this app, it is easy and straightforward. The support is excellent too!

This app has helped me increase my conversion rate across all my stores! Well worth $9.99/month - on top of this their support team is quick to getting back to you AND Customizes the app to match your stores needs.
