This app was great because it allowed to bundle products and have the offer pop up on the products I specified AND in the cart. It converted fairly well. Then it just stopped working. I contacted support and didn't hear back. So when it worked, it was great.

Far too slow on the product search - they do tell me they are working on that. I will try again later as it looked very promising.

UPDATE
They improved the product search a lot the day after I posted what's above. Pretty impressed by the attentiveness. Great app!

App didn't work, tried everything. Seemed like it would of been a really cool app, but did not properly work. Too bad.

Hi, did you try reaching our support? I would like to know what you tried to achieve, and what didn't work. We'll fix issues if they are issues. Let us know, I've search through all our tickets and emails by didn't see anything coming from your store.

steer clear. app suddenly destroy the appearance of my landing page making it impossible for customers to browse properly.

setting up of upsell is also cumbersome. you can get better ones for the same price you paid. have removed it after using for ~1mth.

Just Awful for an expensive app they have the worst customer support that is how they incur billing people! DO NOT DOWNLOAD

Hi, I'm sorry about your bad experience with our app. I remember answering your question via email, let me know if you got the reply and/or if it was clear enough. About the monthly charged, we processed the refund with the help of Shopify.

Paid for custom install to ensure it achieved what we were looking for. Paid the fee - developer despite repeated promises and emails never installed and never refunded the fee we paid.

The email we have for your store in Shopify is your support email I think, I tried contacting you a few times and got an automatic reply saying the typical "Your ticket has been created...". In my last email, I explained how to get a refund. Let me know if you got this message.

Tried using pop-up Upsell. Worked great on desktop computer but on mobile phone, pop-up box covered the product on screen before the product was reviewed. Wanted pup-up box in check-out screen only. App could not do check-out pop-up only.

Could have more upsell/downsell features... and an after sale upsell/downsell feature would be nice..

It has got me a lot of additional upsell sales though, so I like it.

I have since moved on to a more flexible app, but I have a lifetime license for ultimate upsell so I'm sure ill be using it more in the future.

The app does not work. The upsells are not showing up and a javascript error is seen in chrome console.

Error parsing a meta element's content: ';' is not a valid key-value pair separator. Please use ',' instead.

Has potential but still a way to go before it meets my needs. Popup is very slow 5+ secs. No mobile specific design and I could not get it to work on mobile. The product selection interface is difficult to use. Support is good but not sure why I had to sign up to slack to get support. price is cheap but I guess you get what you pay for.
