The app is very helpful and useful, allowd us exactly the features we've been looking for. The ability to use add to cart click as a trigger for additional upsells is very nice. Also the support was very very friendly and helpul.

steer clear. app suddenly destroy the appearance of my landing page making it impossible for customers to browse properly.
setting up of upsell is also cumbersome. you can get better ones for the same price you paid. have removed it after using for ~1mth.
app freezes and does not apply changes. Request for assistance went unanswered. Changes implemented remain in draft and "changes may take 5 minutes" but they never actually apply on the pages.
App didn't work, tried everything. Seemed like it would of been a really cool app, but did not properly work. Too bad.
Hi, did you try reaching our support? I would like to know what you tried to achieve, and what didn't work. We'll fix issues if they are issues. Let us know, I've search through all our tickets and emails by didn't see anything coming from your store.
This app was recommended by a friend and I'm very impressed with all the tools available, the well thought admin page and the stellar support. As a new app there are a few things to fix here and there, but the support community via Slack is awesome and very prompt to tackle these issues.
I've only been testing the app for a day but will come back with an update when the trial week is about to expire. Right now it definitely looks like a keeper.
Used this app for a number of months now and never been very pleased with it. The main issue is that the pop up is soooo slow to load so customer's have already moved on before it comes up.
Also there's lots of issues with it not working if you try to include it in-theme. Particularly at checkout it didn't work at all
And the analytics don't track well. It regularly counts purchases where none have occurred and there's no real analytics dashboard so you can't go in and scrutinise how well it's doing
We have been using Ultimate Upsell for a few years now. It has increased our average order. We use a pop up when the customer arrives to the cart and many times we find the customer will add the item in to the cart. Creating the popups is fairly simple - just make sure to read the wording and test it out before you publish. Only recently we needed support as the pop up was still usable, but difficult to see (black background). We reached out to support and received a response and a fix. The support team was kind and helpful.
I have been using this app for approximately 8 months. It works as expected after getting over the initial learning curve of setting it up. Any time I have needed help, both during the initial setup and any unexpected glitches that arise, Tabarnapp Support has been incredibly responsive, usually within the hour. I recommend this product.
