It's a complex app but solid. Feliks went totally above and beyond in helping me implement and troubleshoot.
They implemented several new features that we requested in less than a week. They also were happy to take an onboarding call with my team to make sure customer service understood every aspect of it. Totally impressed
I was having a hard time getting everything working between Shopify and Umbrella. As someone new to Shopify app integrations, I quickly realized there are a lot of moving parts, and getting everything to function the way you want can be challenging.

I rarely leave app reviews, but this one has been such a game changer. Our store was previously using Mulberry for warranty coverage, but we wanted more control of coverage specifics and managing claims. Our customers were not to fond of having to submit claims through a 3rd party company. We then tried Webkul as a self-managed solution. The app technically worked, but not without bugs and a frustrating back and forth with their support. We then came across this app and were hesitant at first since it is a newer app. I reached out to Umbrella's support team and was connected with Feliks, who was a huge help! He walked us through everything and helped us get setup properly. We have been using this app for a week now and it is exactly what we were looking for. We can now fully customize warranties for each product or collection and manage claims internally. If you are in a similar position, reach out to the Umbrella Support and ask for Feliks, he is the man!

After trying a few other options to offer a protection plan to our customers, I found Umbrella. The product is very clean and easy to use. Best of all is their customer support. It is top tier!
