We use this app almost every day. Our customers love being able to see the replicas in the store and then sit down with us to explore diamonds on our website. It makes our site feel so much more professional.

Unbridaled made diamond sourcing super easy not just for us, but for our clients too. Having the option to not just send the stones in your own website template, but also being able to call them in to see before purchasing has improved our client experience. Vikas and Jilienne are absolutely amazing and always providing immediate help and answers to any questions.

I cannot say enough great things about this app. Since we've implemented it on our website, our engagement ring sales have increased and the whole experience is very user friendly. Thanks to this app, we now have a huge inventory of diamonds our clients can select from without having to personally hold large $$$$ of inventory. Each diamond we've received has been beautiful and sent to us directly in a timely manner. Also a huge thank you to the Unbridaled team - they are always so helpful and knowledgeable! I have been really happy with Unbridaled for the last 12 - 14 months since I've been using it. It has made sourcing diamonds a lot easier, and I love being able to email clients diamond options that include certificates and videos. Sometimes clients still want to see diamonds in person to choose, but it has streamlined that process and a lot of the time clients are happy to choose by just seeing the videos and certificates. It has certainly increased e-commerce sales for me and made this aspect of my business run more smoothly. I appreciate their customer service and Jilienne has been wonderful to work with!
