This app accomplished exactly what I wanted it to. Much better than the native collection/sub-collection and breadcrumbs features that came with my theme. Users can now see exactly where they are in the navigation tree of the site.
Alex, the developer, provided very quick and helpful responses to my questions about styling to match my site. Friendly service, would recommend to anyone looking to more effectively organizer their site.
Absolutely fantastic app and developer. No idea why this isn't built in to Shopify as it solves one of the biggest problems Shopify has in displaying categories. Alex is SUPER responsive to support requests and went over and beyond in updating the app with exactly what I needed. The much-needed functionality, stellar support and ridiculously low price make this a no-brainer addon for any Shopify store.
I have tried several different menu apps both free and paid, and Uncomplicated Categories is by far the best. Easy to install and the tutorial videos are great. I'm using a third party theme and Alex went out of his way to help me with some integration issues. One email, quickly answered and problem quickly solved. Well done and thanks again!

Excellent follow up support from Alex. His support videos are also first class and very succinct. Categories Uncomplicated provides excellent structure to a store, especially those with large numbers of categories. Essential for ease of navigation for the customer and SEO.

Alex is amazing! He not only handled my initial frustration (due to my own lack of understanding, not his fault) well, but he went above an beyond in helping to get me set up correctly with the app.
We recently upgraded our Dawn theme, and this app is a perfect addition to our new set up. The most amazing thing of all though, is that when I asked if Alex could create and adjustment that allowed the option of the category icons to disappear once someone scrolls to page 2+ of the products on the page, he responded and did it! It took only a week or two and that additional feature completed our overall layout, and made us a #1 fan of Alex and this app! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

The app works perfectly! Form an SEO perspective, using this within a filter system is awesome since you can link to collection pages vs filtered pages. Alex and the support team is really helpful, in fact, they were pivotal in helping to get this up and running to our specifications. Well worth it!

I have attempted to contact you, prior to your review by email three times and through your store. I suspect your SPAM filter has blocked these attempts.
In an effort to provide the same excellent support my other customers have received, I also searched for your business online, messaged you on Facebook and called your US phone number (from the UK) 3 times. I'm now all out of options, but I hope that I can get hold of you because, as I've emphasised all the way through this process, I am really keen to help.
Also I can confirm you have not been charged anything this far. I offer a free trial for 10-days from when you installed the app (5/12). Best of luck with your store.
This app does what our company needed to do--that is, to show the categories, subcategories, and sub-subcategories that Shopify does not come with. The app creator Alex has helped us numerous times setting it up. He's been very prompt at responding to our questions. Definitely worth it! Thanks, Alex!
