very poor experience. There are a lot of technical flaws in this app. Its a good idea but the execution is terrible. This is something that should take 5 minutes. I have been troubleshooting for about 30 mins now.

Also, our app is providing live chat support where you can chat with our support for getting a quick answer to your question. You can see the live chat bubble at the bottom right side inside the app.
Couldn't get it to work and the App support wouldn't reply to my messages for assistance. Shopify assistance couldn't work out why it didn't work either.

Sorry to hear about that.
We normally reply to all users when we are online. Or else we respond to the email/tickets within 24 hours. In the weekend case, we are taking a long time (48 hours) for the response.
App is horrible. If you plan on having any kind of customization to your landing page do not get this.

I'm not sure what customization you're talking about. But yeah, it doesn't allow you to do any coding customization due to some security reason.
The app save the text style in one way and publish in a different way.
Randomly set background size and focus.
Wasted a LONG day trying to set the coming soon page up and no luck.

We had improved some features in our app. If you don't mind, can you please spend some little time to have a look at it? We had tried to make it user-friendly.
Absolute rubbish. Can't upload background images even though they are under the 10mb limit. I get a message to check my internet connection every time I try and upload a logo (and I'm 100% my internet is fine).
Could have been great for $5 but on this occasion, I fear it is I who should be paid for the wasting of my time.

App was slow. It often didn't load or took more than 1 minute to do so. Reached out to tech support once, they stated they were checking the server. It seemed to load faster after that. However, a few days later, back to the same issue. Since I need this app as a lead page to gain customer sign ups, i believe I lost customers because of the load issue. cancelled the app.

Instructions are very vague, and their website is slow as well as the app. The app never replaces your password page even when following their unclear instructions.

We have updated our support and faqs, Shopify's default password page isn't replaced by our app.
Could not activate, poor instructions. Thought I uninstalled, but app remains control of my URL! Unfortunate and not impressed. Still waiting to receive step-by-step to remove.
