This app is just incredibly slow. To update my shipping options takes about 2 hours due to the app's slow load time. Also and not surprisingly, the customer service is equally slow.

Does the job and is fully automated which is great. The user interface is extremely slow though and some basic functions are missing making manual processes a drag, especially if you have a lot of orders.
