We've been testing the UniSync: Multi Stock Sync app with two of our Shopify stores, as we consider replacing our current syncing system on several other stores. Overall, the app is easy to use and runs quite efficiently when syncing inventory between our stores, especially when it comes to product adjustments, which happen quickly. The simplicity of the interface is a big plus—no unnecessary complexity.
However, there is one major issue we've encountered, which has to do with syncing new products. When a product from the main store with inventory is copied over to a "sub store," the inventory doesn't automatically sync with the newly created product. This means we have to manually run a force sync or wait for the app to run its scheduled sync once or twice a day. In the worst-case scenario, this could result in the new product going without inventory updates for up to 24 hours, which isn't ideal for a seamless operation.
It would be incredibly useful if UniSync could recognize newly created products and automatically trigger an inventory update for them without needing a manual sync or delay. This small improvement would make the app a lot more reliable for real-time inventory management across multiple stores.
Overall, while the app has been performing well for general syncing, we'd love to see an enhancement in how it handles newly added products. If this issue is addressed, UniSync would be a strong contender for replacing our current syncing system.
Thank Fusion Scale Hobbies team,
Thank you so much for your feedback to the app during the early stage! I have sent you an email about the solution to the problem. Could you please check it?
