We recently signed up to Unleashed after feeling let down by our previous Inventory Management Software. The Flightpath was excellently executed by Mike, who guided us through the process, as well as offering feedback on the information we'd uploaded into the system.
I've set up a few similar pieces of software over the past 10 years, for various businesses, but I can honestly say that none of them have offered the level of support that Mike has, nor had the knowledge Mike has shared with us!
The software also works better, and has more advanced features than anything I've used previously. The ability to add part of a stock unit to BOMs is astounding, the margin per line is incredibly useful.
We're incredibly grateful for how easy Mike has made the implementation process, and we've found ourselves feeling a bit sad that we don't need any further calls with him!!
Heather was very helpful when we were having issues remapping our products! She went above and beyond.
Unleashed is the best inventory management system I have had experience with, and works well with Shopify. A few minor annoyances over the years, but I understand that it is difficult to get everything perfect when trying to join the dots between two intricate platforms. Unleashed continues to improve and I believe this combination will continue to evolve as the eccomerce and inventory combination of choice.
Unleashed integrates pretty well with Shopify managing the the inventory of our products on Shopify. It is easy to pull reports on Unleashed as well for costing. Due to our nature of business we have lots of BOM which Unleashed handles easily. The biggest annoyance I have is that Unleashed cannot push inventory for multiple warehouse to its corresponding warehouse on Shopify. Their advice is to create multiple Shopify accounts. Hope that Unleashed could fix this sooner rather than later.
I feel like I have had one of the worst experiences to date. So far, I haven't been able to get any help unless it is done on their timeline, and they do not seem very urgent about it as a customer.

Unleashed has made managing our inventory 10X easier. Super easy-to-use interface, saves us hours when processing orders and replenishing stock, and the customer support team was amazing. The Unleashed University videos are also great for understanding all the different features of the software.
